Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. Rather it’s a helpful comment or you wish to exchange or return your cookie purchase, we welcome your feedback. You will be able to exchange (delivery/shipping fees may apply) or return (refund minus the delivery/shipping fees) your purchase. Please note that 75% needs to be remaining of said item for a return or exchange. Why do you only ship priority? TOP To maintain freshness of our products we ship United States postal service priority mail. What Are the Delivery/Shipping options? TOP
Please note that all orders need to be placed at least 48hrs in advance of anticipated delivery or scheduled pick up date.
Please allow for 2-3 days of actual shipping time in addition to the 48hrs needed for the preparation of you order.
Priority Mail- Is based on flat rate shipping. 2-3 Day shipping time.
Delivery Zone 1 ($10.00) Phoenix & Glendale (south of Glendale Ave), Ahwatukee, Laveen, Tempe, Chandler (West of Arizona Ave & South of Chandler Blvd, Mesa (West of Country Club), Scottsdale (South of Indian Bend Rd)
Delivery Zone 2 ($15.00)- Phoenix & Glendale (north of Glendale Ave), Paradise Valley, Scottsdale (North of Indian Bend Rd), Mesa (East of Country Club), Gilbert, Chandler (East of Arizona Ave), Peoria, Avondale, Goodyear
Scheduled Pick up (Free)- Choose this option if you are going to by phone or email schedule a pick day & time. If a time can not be scheduled you will be charged applicable delivery/shipping fees.
Why don't I see a flavor I know you carry? TOP
It could be because it just hasn't made it to the website yet.
It also could be because it is a seasonal item or an item we no longer carry.

Do you have a Retail Location? TOP No we do not have a retail location at this time. We bake out of a commerical kitchen & our bake times vary, so that is why a scheduled apppointment is needed for pick up. |
